This print-on-demand model means we do not maintain an inventory of finished products, allowing us to offer a wide variety of customizable designs. Due to this unique approach, we are unable to accept returns. We encourage you to carefully review the product descriptions, size guides, and design previews before placing your order to ensure full satisfaction with your purchase.   • Q: Will I be charged for tariff costs for items sourced from international suppliers?
    A: Absolutely not! Hear My Shirt does not pass on tariff costs to our customers. We ensure that all tariffs are absorbed by our suppliers rather than being added to the prices of our items. This means you can shop confidently with us, knowing you won't face extra or surprise charges due to tariffs on internationally sourced items. You will always only pay the price you see (plus sales tax of course). Let your shirt speak for you without worrying about unexpected costs!
  • Q: Can I place a special order for a large group or a personalized order with you?
    A: At Hear My Shirt, we pride ourselves in providing high-quality merchandise for various needs but, unfortunately, we cannot offer personalized orders.   • Q: Why can't I find my favorite shirt color in my size?

However, while we strive to offer a broad range of sizes, many manufacturers do not provide all colors in all sizes. We constantly work with our suppliers and/or look for new suppliers to expand our size availability and include more options.   • Q: Do you offer expedited shipping options?
    A: Hear My Shirt prides itself on providing a seamless shopping experience with a special emphasis on service, quality and customer satisfaction. We are thrilled to offer free shipping on all orders so there are no additional costs at checkout. However, at this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options. We begin processing your order as soon as you place it and our standard shipping delivers your items in a quick and efficient time frame. We appreciate your understanding!
